Hydration Crew
Help to keep the Regiment hydrated during competitions.
The hydration crew plays a vital role in keeping marching band students healthy, energized, and performance-ready. Volunteers carry squeeze water bottles and provide quick, hands-free drinks to students between warm-up, transitions, and performances—just like you see on the sidelines of sporting events.
This allows students to hydrate quickly without stopping or handling bottles themselves. Volunteers move alongside the group as needed, offering water during key moments and helping students stay cool, safe, and ready to perform, especially on hot days and long competition schedules.
It is a simple but incredibly important way to care for students and support the band behind the scenes.
Fingerprinting is not required for this role.
